Total Program/Course Costs include: Tuition, books and course materials, three full uniforms, complete pastry tool kit, all premium ingredients, and use of state-of-the-art equipment. There are no additional fees upon registration confirmation. The application or program/course petition fee is applied toward the total tuition payment. Admissions are conducted on a rolling basis, and classes fill quickly, so it is in your best interest to apply early to ensure your space in the desired session.

L'Art de la Boulangerie course is not eligible for Federal Financial Aid.

Scholarships are a form of financial assistance that does not require repayment or employment and is usually made to students who demonstrate or show potential for distinction, usually in academic performance.

American Association of University Women- Awards women scholarships who are returning to school after a significant break in attendance. For more information please visit

American Culinary Federation – The ACF, along with the American Academy of Chefs offers scholarships for culinary college students through a donation from The Charlie Trotter Culinary Education Foundation. Auto-Pets™ “Out-Of-The-Box-Thinking” Scholarship- The purpose of this scholarship is to get the younger demographic thinking differently about innovation, marketing, and retail. This is offered to any current student. View information at

Captain Jennifer Shafer Odom Memorial Scholarships- The purpose of this scholarship is to financially assist deserving spouses of current or former United States Army personnel in their pursuit of higher education. For more information visit

College JumpStart Scholarship Fund- The purpose of this scholarship is to help financially support students who are wanting to attend school. Students must write three short essays to be qualified for scholarship. For more information, please visit

The Community Foundation of Sarasota County- This foundation offers multiple scholarships to college students, high school students and adult learners who are from Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte and DeSoto counties. For information visit

Community Scholarship Program- Provides scholarships to students who live in San Diego. Last year the scholarship was awarded to more than 1,000 students. Click the link to find more information

Consolidated Food Service Scholarship- This scholarship is awarded to high school students or currently enrolled college students who are looking to enter the Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management fields. Digital Responsibility - This organization was started by a group of Silicon Valley tech employees who wished to share with young people the personal and public consequences of technology. Four different Scholarship opportunities are available throughout the year, each totaling $1,000.00

Got Chosen - $5,000.00 scholarship drawing, a participant must have at least one post with a minimum of 10 upvotes. No GPA, essay, or financial need requirements. Open to all fields of study, this scholarship award must be used for educational expenses.

Idaho Community Foundation- Several scholarships that are offered to students who are residents of Idaho.

Illinois Restaurant Association - Awards scholarships to students seeking post secondary education and careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

International Dairy. Deli. Bakery Association - Offers awards to high school seniors and current or returning vocational, technical or college students. Awards range from $250 to $1000 per semester.

Jack Renner Vocational Scholarship- Offers scholarships to graduating NCHS seniors, Students of the NC area Career Center for two years, financial need, seeking a vocational certification or a two- year associate’s degree. National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation - Assists qualified undergraduates in restaurant and food service post-secondary programs. You can make contact with them at

New Hampshire Charitable Foundation- This foundation offers a scholarship called career aid for technical students. It is available for students between the age of 17 and 23 who are attending a two-year or another short term training program. Additional information can be found at

Rapid Formations Entrepreneur Scholarship Programme - Open to all individuals who are currently undertaking undergraduate or postgraduate study at an officially-recognized higher learning institution in the UK or the US. The aim of the award is to assist with the financial costs of study, through which the acquisition and development of skills will potentially culminate in a successful enterprise.
