Total Program/Course Costs include: Tuition, books and course materials, three full uniforms, complete pastry tool kit, all premium ingredients, and use of state-of-the-art equipment. There are no additional fees upon registration confirmation. The application or program/course petition fee is applied toward the total tuition payment. Admissions are conducted on a rolling basis, and classes fill quickly, so it is in your best interest to apply early to ensure your space in the desired session.

L'Art de la Boulangerie course is not eligible for Federal Financial Aid.

Scholarships

Scholarships are a form of financial assistance that does not require repayment or employment and is usually made to students who demonstrate or show potential for distinction, usually in academic performance.

American Association of University Women- Awards women scholarships who are returning to school after a significant break in attendance. For more information please visit http://lombard-il.aauw.net/scholarships/.

American Culinary Federation – The ACF, along with the American Academy of Chefs offers scholarships for culinary college students through a donation from The Charlie Trotter Culinary Education Foundation. Auto-Pets™ “Out-Of-The-Box-Thinking” Scholarship- The purpose of this scholarship is to get the younger demographic thinking differently about innovation, marketing, and retail. College JumpStart Scholarship Fund- The purpose of this scholarship is to help financially support students who are wanting to attend school. The Community Foundation of Sarasota County- This foundation offers multiple scholarships to college students, high school students and adult learners who are from Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte and DeSoto counties. Consolidated Food Service Scholarship- This scholarship is awarded to high school students or currently enrolled college students who are looking to enter the Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management fields. Digital Responsibility - This organization was started by a group of Silicon Valley tech employees who wished to share with young people the personal and public consequences of technology. Got Chosen - $5,000.00 scholarship drawing, a participant must have at least one post with a minimum of 10 upvotes. No GPA, essay, or financial need requirements. Jack Renner Vocational Scholarship- Offers scholarships to graduating NCHS seniors, Students of the NC area Career Center for two years, financial need, seeking a vocational certification or a two- year associate’s degree.
